It was interesting to see my work in context with the other works in the exhibition. I was pleased that my work was situated next to Odelia’s coastal themed photographs because I felt like they were complimentary to each other and didn’t look out of place. The scale of Odelia’s prints also worked well with my large sketches. I felt that my glass piece was unique and interesting enough to stand amongst the other works in the room, even the larger scale and more eye-catching ones. I enjoyed the balance of more technical and more conceptual work in the exhibition.
